2003 Airtrek turbo help!

Recently purchased a Airtrek turbo. It's making a weird ticking noise around the Cambelt area. As far as I am aware the Cambelt was changed 30xxx ks ago. The ticking got louder when I did an oil change, I used 5w30 penrite full synthetic oil. Also when going forwards or in reverse the left front wheel hub is making a ticking sound (not a clunk or grinding sound just a tick) is it fair to say this is the c.v or would it be the wheel bearings.
I used my code scanner the other day and it says the p0172 bank 1, o2 sensor is also faulty, when I start the car it fluctuates between 12 & 4v (using live stream mode) as soon as I start to move the car with a bit of accelerator it instantly goes to 0. Has this o2 sensor failed or is it something else?
The Trek is completely standard, no engine mods or anything.
Thanks for the help
